What’s right and what’s wrong about Coursera-style MOOCs

Independently of the justified points that are raised, the benefits of opening up courses for the public at large is beneficial.

We may wonder whether the most disadvantage will have effective access, thinking of underdeveloped countries and no access to the Internet or no capacity to pay its costs.
